Resume
Engaged in research on the integrity of landscape pattern–process–function in landscape ecology, amin to maximize landscape functions through regulating ecological processes and optimizing landscape patterns, and establishes an accessing systems for landscape structure reconstruction and vegetation allocation in desertified, sandy and wetland ecosystems. Recently, developing the potential migration corridors for plant species under climate change, and delineates the migration corridors of mian plant species in China. Found that, at the national scale, the Hengduan Mountains and the Qinling–Daba Mountains serve as key future hotspots of biodiversity, hybridization zones and new species formation zones, functioning as super species source-sink regions. The Altun-Qilian Mountains Corridor, the Daliangshan-Jinping Mountains Corridor, and the Wumeng-Miaoling-Xuefeng Mountains Corridor are defined as super migration corridors. There are 2 core corridors in Northeast China, 2 in Central and South China, 4 in Western China, and 2 in North China, which connect the super corridors and biodiversity hotspots. Meanwhile, human activities have encroached upon 470,000 square kilometers of species migration corridors, with the overlapping area of damaged corridors accounting for 12%, and the average corridor connectivity declining by 16%. Since 2004, published more than 160 papers and registered 4 software copyrights. Has been awarded the First Prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and the Second Prize of Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award respectively.
