Resume

HU Jiangchun,Male, born in Febrary 1966, native of Qichun, Hubei Province. Professor He mainly engaged in research on marine microbial natural products and biopesticides. He also serves as a professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Engineering, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, a member of the Marine Microbiology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, a director of the Marine Branch of the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and an editorial board member of journals such as Microbiology.Published over 110 research papers, including 37 SCI papers, authorized 27 invention patents, and transferred 8 patents and technological achievements. In 2000, the first agricultural microbial agent developed using marine microorganisms in China was completed, and the actinomycete MB-97 achieved significant results in overcoming soybean continuous cropping obstacles. In 2004, it won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province. The marine isolated Bacillus methylotrophicus 9912, which was transferred and jointly developed, was approved as the world's first biological fungicide by North China Pharmaceutical Group Aino Co., Ltd. in China in 2016. At present, the pesticide registration of this product has been expanded to 8, and 7 series of products have been developed, all of which have been industrialized and applied to more than 34 crops. The products cover the national market and are exported to countries such as South Korea, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Especially for the prevention and control of strawberry root rot, it provides important technological support for the healthy and sustainable development of China's strawberry industry. The research achievement won the first prize of the Ministry of Natural Resources' Science and Technology Progress Award in 2025.
