Chen Lijun, male, born in February 1967 in Jianchang, Liaoning Province, started working in July 1996. He holds a Doctor of Science degree as a postgraduate and is a member of the Jiusan Society.He currently serves as a member of the Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Jiusan Society. He previously held the posts of Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Soil Science Society of Liaoning Province, member of the Professional Committee of Soil Biology and Biochemistry of the Chinese Society of Soil Science, member of the Professional Committee of Soil Fertility and Fertilizer of the Chinese Society of Soil Science, member of the Professional Committee of New Fertilizer Technology of the Chinese Society of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer Science, and editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Ecology.He has presided over more than 20 projects and special topics, including those under the national "11th Five-Year Plan", "12th Five-Year Plan" and "13th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Support Programs, key direction projects of the Knowledge Innovation Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation projects, National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) and special topics of national key research and development programs.He has published more than 200 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals (over 90 indexed by SCI), won one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 3rd), co-edited 2 monographs, participated in compiling 5 monographs and conference proceedings, applied for and obtained more than 40 patents, and supervised more than 20 master's and doctoral students
