On August 2-3, LI Tianlai, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Shenyang Agricultural University, visited the Qingyuan Forest Ecosystem Field Observation and Research Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Qingyuan Station, CAS).

On June 20, 2020, the Chinese Forest Ecosystem Field Observation and Research Station Alliance held a seminar to promote the progress of its project 'Analysis of Forest Ecosystem Quality, Management Status, and Management regimes in Northeast China'. The seminar was held in the form of a video conference and the main venue was in Shenyang.

On July 10, 2020, the 13th Five-Year Fertilizer Scientific Research and Innovation Achievement Release and Cooperation Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Stable Fertilizer Industrial Technology Alliance 2020 Annual Meeting was held in Yantai, Shandong. More than 30 entrepreneurs from Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Yunnan, Chongqing and other provinces and municipality cities attended the meeting. The conference was organized by the Fertilizer Engineering Technology Center of the Institute of Applied Ecology (IAE), Chinese Academy of Sciences.

On the morning of July 9, YANG Hong, head of the Agricultural Mechanization Division of the Liaoning Provincial Modern Agricultural Production Base Construction Engineering Center, paid a visit to the Institute of Applied Ecology (IAE), Chinese Academy of Sciences at its Yunong Road Campus located in Shenbei New District, Shenyang.

On the morning of July 3, experts from the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences provided on-site training and guidance on conservation tillage techniques to more than 40 people including agricultural extension staff in towns and villages in Liaoyang County and the heads of agricultural cooperatives.
