On 6 September, 2017, Prof WU Zhijie of IAE was invited to attend a meeting in Linyi for contract signing of talent introduction. The city leaders were present.

The introduced talents should possess advanced idea, frontier technology and strong creativity and influence in the field of research resultstransition, cooperation among enterprise, university and institute, innovative investment and enterprise management.
The cooperation between IAE and STANLEY Agricultural Limited by Share Ltdin Linyi started from 2008. The company went public in 2011. In 2016, the cooperative work got second place National Innovation Award. The two sides have applied 2 National Key R&D Projects, founded an academician work station. For the contributions in these work, Prof WU Zhijie got one million RMB award from the local authorityduring the meeting.
