Dr XUE Bing is a Humboldt scholar, Professor. Recent years, He, considering the historical data accumulation and advantage of IAE in the field of Pollution Ecological research in Northeast China, devoted to the analyses of human activities and environmental evolution driven by big data, macro-policy for ecological civilization and sustainable development, explore the construction of manage and adjustment system for the sustainable development of Northeast China, forming advanced political measures and systematical solutions. The results have served the ecological civilization construction of Northeast China, especially Liaoning Province. He has published 120 papers including and 45 SCI papers with h index 16 and one monograph. He has got 21 honorary rewards, hosted more than 10 longitudinal research projects and leading beard more than 10 projects in local policy advisory and development planning.
