Zhu Jiaojun, director of IAE, Su Wenjie, secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang University, Zhao Yanzhi, president of Shenyang University, Hao Xin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of IAE, Fang Yunting and Zhuo Junchen, deputy directors of IAE, and vice presidents of Shenyang University (Yuan Zhonghu, Wang Shumei and Lu Qingxuan) attended the ceremonies. Zhuo Junchen and Yuan Zhonghu, on behalf of the two parties, signed the strategic cooperation agreement. 

Zhu Jiaojun gave a speech looking back on the history of cooperation between the two parties and talking about the talents, the achievements, and the research platforms of IAE. He expected that both parties will make full use of their respective advantageous resources and focus on cooperation in areas such as pollution ecology, ecological economy, and forest ecology, so as to contribute more to the green development of Shenyang. 

Zhao Yanzhi said that the cooperation between IAE and Shenyang University has a long history, and that the university cherishes the deep friendship with IAE. "This signing ceremony marks the deepening partnership between the two parties," he said. He expected that the two parties will work together to contribute more to the revitalization of Shenyang areas and Liaoning Province.
