On April 26, 2022, Prof. Zhang Lili, team leader of the "Anti-wind Erosion, Water-saving High-Efficiency Agriculture Model" R&D team, together with her team members and some other researchers of the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, carried out spring plowing preparation and sampling work in Fumeng County, Fuxin City.

A total of approximately 30 people, including researcher Shi Yuanliang, researcher Yin Guanghua, researcher Zhang Xiaoke, associate researcher Chen Zhenhua, associate researcher Li Jie, associate researcher Gu Jian, associate researcher Ma Ningning, senior engineer Xue Yan, special research assistant Wu Kuanhua, and members of Prof. Zhang Huiwen's research group participated in the work.

The project team had a meeting with constructors of the project demonstration zone and people of the agricultural cooperatives after finishing the field work, which could lay a solid foundation for completing the project work in 2022.
